'In A Mad Rush' was composed for the C64 DTV Demo "Anbieren" by Oxyron. The tune is composed and recorded directly from an original Commodore 64 with a real SID chip. The special thing about the C64 DTV "Joystick" is, that it just emulates the original C64 SID Chip (actually in a very bad way) so you have to face a few problems when composing for this hardware. The main problem is that you cannot use the filter of the SID chip since it's completely ignored in the emulation. Another bug I figured out is that you may not use "hard restart" of the voices. The instrument clicks very ugly if you do this. So creating sounds and composing is a little complicated so it sounds good on the original C64 DTV. Anyways, Enjoy the tune. Hope ya like it. :-)
